Rogfor Capital exclusively advised the Client on the sale of the controlling interest in the IT outsourcing company to the strategic investor represented by a larger IT outsourcing player.
Two key objectives were reached within the project which are the following:
– the Owner of the Client Company sold its share at maximum estimated value;
– the Client Company got a strategic partner which would ensure its further growth at a faster pace.
Rogfor Capital advised the IT outsourcing company on market entry by acquisition of the controlling interest in a local IT outsourcing company.
Local partner had already established business network, HR brand reputed on the local labour market, own expertise, and sector specialization.
Under the project two key goals were achieved, which are the following:
– Saving time for the Client to develop in the new region and ensuring faster pace of further growth;
– Integrating expertise, clients’ portfolio and networks of the two IT outsourcing companies into one, which set additional room for further sales growth with an upsell and cross-sell.

Deal highlights:
– New business line within the Group was launched with active sales of IT outsourcing services among the current clients of the holding;

– Development of a few in-house IT products based on the IT outsourcing company.
